i'm not a huge fan of being a shit umbrella big fan of helping shield the team from distractions that's totally fair but i think sometimes by being a Shit Umbrella we hide the reality of how things operate. We have an anonymous feedback form in my email signature and slack signature that says any question all questions are okay and then i answer them on slack publicly.
