The Importance of Coaching in Cricket

Mike joined RCP after stepping down as the coach of the Kings 11 Punjab. Mike took the coaching job knowing very well that this meant he would not play for his country. He always dreamt of playing cricket and had been working towards it from a young age. The franchise is more than, you know, it's sure it's driven but there are so many other parts to the business in terms of how we can grow at RCB. I just love seeing players succeed and I love the joy that they get from it.
