i start by just noticing how the body's feeling. We're not trying to change anything at all. And you'll probably notice just the natural movement of the body as it breathes. From time to time, you've wandered off onto some thought. As i said before, that's quite ok. But whenyo notice you wandered off on a thought, all we do is we just choose at this time not to follow that thought any further. We just let it go.
