The power of gathering specifically and disputably is that people can decide whether they want to come. And as leaders, particularly as business owners, I don't think you have to gather more. But i think we need to gather better - sometimes that means less. O i purposely, in the book, look at both public and private, social and professional gatherings,. because i'm really interested in the life of groups.
