When i was getting diagnosed with at h d, the what we know of as like et h d, tiktok, twitter, all that stuff, none of that existed. There were people like a terry matlin, linda rogley, rick green, lots of lots of good information out there. It's just that you had to go digging for it in a way that you don't necessarily have to dig for it now. So my eight h d diagnosis was not something that i learned about from the inner net. I learned about it from an accident.
