I would challenge any retailer to think about, if you had one piece of data, what should that data be or what do you already have in your possession that you could really start revolutionizing the customer experience and making it better. That's a really good point I've never heard of it put that way but actually that makes so much sense. So yeah, we're going to be super scrappy. What could you get done with the information you already have. How could you think about things in a new way.
