Iran on the Verge of a Nuclear Breakout

Iran is on the verge of a nuclear breakout. They publicly admit that they've got enough highly enriched uranium to build a bomb or more than one bomb. The Russians will just hypothesize for a moment that that quid pro quo includes Russia's helping them with the weaponization of that highly enriched uranium. What does the world look like then? And in the context of nationwide unrest in Iran, which whether it's true or not, the Iranian government blames on Israel and blames on the US.
