Capitalists Want to Minimize Turnover Time

The capitalist wants to reduce production time by having more effective machines, more effective labor and more efficient labor. They don't want their stuff sitting on the shelves for five years not being sold, because then they aren't earning the money on that. So if we consider a whole turnover period between the time that money is spent and that money is earned back in the sale of the product, plus that extra on top,. This is the process of valorization, of turning money into more money.
