Most black people te proud to be poor, while in the jewish culture, it's intolerable. You cannot be poor because you're a burden to to them. Poverty is simply the absence of wealth. And so basicl as i always say, like the poorest person on earth is a child. It means that we have to use our brain, we must use our skills and then exchange what we own with averse to create wealth. But most black people refuse to understand that there is a systemic system upon them that prevents them improving their material condition.
