Link can either work with them himself as a real estate agent or pass that lead along to one of his referral partners in exchange for a percentage of the agents' commission. It's just a twist on the affiliate marketing model that we're probably all familiar with,. except instead of sending people to Amazon for a 4% commission on a $30 to $50 product, it adds up to be quite a bit more.
