The Tenth Boy Is Missing

Ten boys were students in a gurukulum, a tradition school. They lived and studied with their guro. At one point there was a special festival coming. One river they had to cross was too deep. Each of the ten boys count each. The ten boys only count to nine, having failed to count themselves. And therefore they conclude that the tenth boy is missing.
