The Evolution of Fear

It's really hard to empathize with the feeling to put yourself back in that feeling. I suppose unless you kept a diary or something, you would have had to do something like that. It just doesn't make sense evolutionarily if you can continuously go back into that frame. And I think our fear would become paralyzing. We need an ability to have new hope to reset our frame and be able to look towards the future in an open way.
