Daphne Jones: In 2033, we're celebrating some of the wins that we've made as a society. What is it that has changed in the previous decade that we're celebrating as wins? The new phrase is DE and I. To me, DE and I won't be a thing anymore. It will have been deconstructed into what it really should have been about anyway - going after innovative things. And so I think innovation is gonna be what will have won.
