How to Write a Short Chapter

Bianca: The biggest compliment I get about my own books at 3am in the morning is people are like, thank you so much for writing short chapters. But your first chapter was 30 pages long. She says she wanted to put the reader in the shoes of Aviquez and make it seem like a fever dream. Bianca: In general, I like to conclude each chapter on a cliffhanger of sorts.
