Do You Need the Fuel for a Half Marathon?

The worst thing to do is to eat like 90 minutes before and then go to the start line. In a 5K, you don't have stores required to complete the event without fuel. You're not going to deplete your glycogen stores. And so it's more just that psychological and feeling good from the start.
