What Are the Differences Between Coffee and Meditation?
Coffee and meditation have been used by monks for thousands of years. The two most popular styles of meditation are mindfulness and self-induced transcendence. In India, you're either a monk or householder so when you meditate with coffee it doesn't do you any good to pretend to be a monk if you've got other things to do in your day.
