The Stoics Are Saying That We Shouldn't Suppress Our Emotions

Stoic therapy is to rather than sort of take the result which is this negative feeling in trying to sort of swallow it down. The stoics anger is formed according to certain assessments for how the world works. And there's a view that the best thing I can do about it is seek revenge right now. But even accepting that well, what are you going to do about it? You may not have been harmed. It could be just words and we might want to talk about even the most malicious words we might wanting to say aren't directly harms.
