The Fed Is Sending a Bill

The Fed used to make a lot of money because it was paying nothing on the overnight deposits. But now, instead of sending the US government a check, it sends the USgovernment a bill. That's one of the reasons that the deficits are going to explode. The bigger the deficits get, the bigger and more pressure there is on the deficits to grow.
