The housing sector is still one of those fundamental bulls that just keeps roaring, right? That's a sector that i'd stick a bit in on weakness at the right point. Retail stocks have been in the lead all year, right? V up forty five % on the year to date right now. And may be only a few but i think it could be from lower prices, which is one why i'm really cautious.
