Should I Cycle Creatine?

There was some minimal evidence way back in the early two thousands that showed that high dose creatine, such as a long term moting phase, can decrease your natural or indogeenous production. As soon as you stop injesting it, it immediately comes back. I mean, i generally don't recommend loading ecause it's not necessaryad i just know, hearing from people over the years, tat can cause upset stomachs and why, you know, so i don't even recommend it.
