The Problems With Power Analysis
The problem with power analysis is it sort of hinges on hopes and dreams. And in this case, the assumption that the reviewer is making is that there is something find. It might also be, and you can't rule this out, that there's nothing to find. For a given effect size, a given alpha level and a given sample size, there's some degree of some level of power.
