Is Amazon Really Building Habits?

Alexa reminds me so much of that technology. If you don't say it exactly the way it needs to be said, there's basically nothing. And they want you in their ecosystem and they want you to stay in, their ecosystem. But I also think for a company like Amazon, when you begin to build your shopping list, what it does is it gives them really unique ability to direct your purchase to their preferred choice.
