In a runama strile people would be assigned to three years of aspen or one year. But in an observationon data vas, we see people who start askering times zero when they are egible. So if if we do the naive thing that i'm sure everyone listening to this knows it's not the right thing to do. It's not always done right, but ther's no reason not to be right.
