The Importance of Requirements

The principle that many people subscribe to though not everyone is that there are no requirements to do what you can't do. Now as I put it there's just a breathtaking non-sequitur when you put it on which is all they're asking us to grant is that people won't do it. That's a long way from showing that they can't do it and the principle only says there's no requirement where you can’t do it but surely doesn't say there'sno requirement where you won't doing it. So now how might this matter in political philosophy well people say against some idealistic theory as I mentioned maybe egalitarian maybe free market but people aren't like that,
