Ancient Egypt had a preoccupation with death. A lot of their conceptualization of life was focused on death, which is taken forward by Freud. There's been this notion of imbalance of what they were generally called the humors. So these are themes which come through. And then there's how you actually respond to those people who behave differently or hold different views,. How you label them, and then how you either assist them in a humane way or ostracize them.
