The Supreme Court Overturns Biden's Executive Action Cancelling Student Loan Debt
When Biden did initially enact this executive action Cancelling out a certain amount of student loan debt We kind of said at the time that it seemed likely the Supreme Court would overturn it But there was a lot of pressure on Biden to do so So this is kind of played out the way that we expected which is Biden really wants to shore up in particular maybe support amongst young people maybe a little support on the left and Acts a popular policy amongst that part of his coalition It gets overturned by the Supreme Court Maybe making people even more frustrated.
