The Counter Paradigm of Classical Theism
This is very much a brush fire that no one will be able to put out because the kind of classical theism, great tradition, neo-tomas and whatever you want to call it, has gone way out over its skis. There's a tremendous instinct to cancel people and embrace a kind of cultural framework for theological method rather than a Christian one. The Christian method involves humility, charity, forgiveness, recognition that everyone stumbles including theologians and an interest in learning from others. And I pray instead, here's my closing word: God will give us a spirit of humility and charity to learn from different voices on my side.
