The Fear of the Black Market in Mexico
In some ways, I think you'll buy more time in places like Mexico, but others, it can come very quickly. You got Mexican governors literally carrying out Rockefeller funded smart city projects. It's not even theory anymore. So I feel like they could just snap their fingers and tomorrow say, okay, no more cash. All businesses must use QR codes and this sort of thing. That's the scenario possibility. But maybe even if that happens across the board, maybe Mexico would have a few more options when it comes to the black market or skirting this system. If you get what I'm saying, maybe a few more than say Canada or the US.
