Inflation is top of mind, despite the fact that carol's trying to push me off course with singing holiday tunes. We're still very much in a flowing expansion, in positive stage of growth. But we are seeing some demand destruction when it comes to housing if you look at some of the home sales data. And so we have this real arm wrestling match going on between a lot of concern around recessionary scenario looming large here.
