The best way to truly understand the problems that your clients are facing is to reach out and ask them a series of questions. We do surveys, we talk to people, do do telephone calls, and we get a body of data. So what do you next with that? Because i've been into this situation before, whe're looking at 18 different work sheets in there full of answers. How do you then go by turning that into actionable content? It's probably worth taking a step back and thinking about it. And if you can think about that, the conversation that i need to have isn't too far away from being able to solve those problems.
