Retailers are going to have a difficult into the holidays. The treasury's got to issue a ton of debt to pay for all this good times we've just had. We could see well over two % on both the ten and 30 year, maybe two and a half years down the road. And if the rate of change just starts to go a little too fast, you're going to catch people very off guard.
