I was never able to conjure up enough energy to actually do anything substantial on my on the side of work I was just too drained but I also didn't have the frame of thinking about it that way. There's no problem in identifying with what you do or getting meaning from your job it just can be risky when it is the sole source of identity or thesole source of meaning in your life as so many especially tech workers have found out over the last few months and years.
