The characters are very archetypal, right? Did you kind of sit down and say, okay, who are my four people or did they just sort of come to you naturally? "I think they're four-bits of my own brain anyway" I've had one of those many supportive chapters I've written years ago was about a former spy. So I've always had that couch in my mind."
