Are You on the Front Lines?
The expression here is on the front lines. And this means that you work in a job where you have direct experience, or youre directly working with ordinary people or clients. So for example, if you're a teacher, then you are a front lineed R because you talk directly to students. But someone who works in a counting in your company is not on the frontlines because they're not working with the clients. Does that make sense? Craig, what do you think? It does make sense.
