McLaren's Improved Tire Life
McLaren brought a rear corner and rear suspension along with the front wing and nose. And I think that is why we saw them get much better tire life. In fact, to my knowledge, this is the closest outside of Perez that anyone has kept Max honest for an entire grand pre granted. The conditions really did favor them. They weren't new softs either. These were soft that had done full bananas qualifying lap as well. So he did an absolute phenomenal job of keeping tires in good condition.
