How to Build a Local Mutual Credit Based Economy
The key metric there would be the velocity of the currency within the geography. And how many times do they turn over within the local economy and do they actually turn over more than say if it's just a dollar, which is introduced like this? To achieve that you would really need to have a density of providers within the economy that are willing to take that currency. I think the challenge here is that you face a much higher test of, they're just kind of more more legal risk, or cost and setting that up.
