Do You Trust Someone You Never Met Online?
It is against the human natural behavior to trust somebody you never actually had a conversation with if you actually see a conversation in person, like meeting in person. So it's more than just saying now trust, it's like saying, please calm down. You know, it doesn't happen just by clicking a finger. And again, it's something that we're missing because what I hear a lot is that, okay, now managers need to trust more.
