Justin Timberlake says he didn't know his female employees were going on maternity leave when they applied to work for him. He said the question was meant as a way of making sure that women weren't just jumping in with no intention of staying long-term. The interview went well, but Justin admits it could have been taken out of context. "I'm not gonna do anything to stop you, right?
