If we think of wellness as deprivation based, it's knocking a stick again. So instead of not going to eat sugar, and that can make me feel so much better, i'm going to add a vegetable to every single meal I have. It's also all designed to help us get off to mo sleep. If you're super tired and you're just going to fall asleep anyways, good fall asleep. That's amazing. On top of that, i think there are also a lot of things that you can do to make the things that feel a little bit more fun, a little bitMore indulgent, not feel as negative on your body.
