Capitalise on Minority Banks

Minority banks are almost over casalized. They have more deposts, and at the same time, they don't have been lending ability to one the federal government can do. So you got all this money going in to c d b g, community veltment blog grant which has a tremendous amount of flexibility. Why not use that as aon as reserve? why not use that to take a tronsal risk? You know the ways in which cities can be creative and what they are doing.Why not use it fo bonding authority that they can use minority banks and provide opportunity for the turn of business and lending that so many of these banks need.
