The Importance of Sleep
When we get sleepy, our brain goes to weird places. And so you got to protect your sleep. I have a four year old that comes into my bed every night and I keep trying to like walk back to her bed and I get woken up multiple times. So anyway, that took a little bit of a tangent that I didn't plan on going on. But I wanted to at least upfront, let you know, I'm really, really tired.
