Coach Education Is Limiting Coaches' Art?
Coach education is limiting the observation skills of coaches because they're still in many coach education courses. You have to have your coaching points pre-prepared beforehand. And you end up going out looking for the coaching points. The very fact that you must have a predefined plan with times that says, where's it going to do this activity? It doesn't work. Yes, I think it's the pliers session design, isn't it? Don't get their thoughts.
