Nuclear Security - Is There a Strategic Equilibrium?
There was a history of a co operation on nuclear security. We probably have a mutual interest with russia in making sure that those safeguards are in place. But is the, you know, there's not a whole lot political momentum. Nobody really talks about it any more, about d nuclearizing. You still have away more than you need to destroy the world many times over but we have held the peace. Let's not forget that. And i would argue that we could have reached point of strategic equilibrium as it relates to the balance of the balance of power with nuclear forces.
