How to Deal With Grief Your Own Way
No two people are the same whether they have ADHD or not. The tip here is you feel what you feel and do what you have to do, especially if it doesn't hurt anybody else. Crying is healthy. There are many, many, many physical and mental benefits of crying. You live longer, you're less likely to have depression. It's really healthy. I find it almost literally impossible. I cry all the time and I'm depressed all the time. So that's not true. Well, he's just said you're less Likely to have depression if you cry. Yes, but... It's wrong. But let's be honest, nobody does.
