The Importance of User Research in a UX Strategy

If you are not doing user research, you can't have a UX strategy. Part of the goal is to say when users do X or feel X or think X, we are done. The desired outcome in this case would be the tiniest of the iPod mini. Like it has to be really small. Now, yeah, whether that was the right goal is the same question as to whether the generals deciding to take that city or that castle was the rightgoal. Right.
