What's Going on in the Housing Market?
Housing is just very slow moving. Sellers have no competition. They kind of set the price. And so it takes a long time to sort of figure out price discovery. I think prices arguably for sure would be lower today, given that mortgage rates are still in the fives. It's actually quite amazing how how things have changed over the last six months.
