How to Find the Right People to Work for You

I think there's so much value in learning from people who are, you know, a little bit ahead or a little bit behind where you're at as well. One of my favorite groups is one that i just like, joined randomly, people that i met on the intern at. Just say, hay, do you want to like, get together and meet on zoom once in a while and kind of hold each other accountable? You'll be surprised. There's a book i've recommended in the past, but it's called, a tribe called bliss, by laurie harter. She kan o talks about how she created master minds for herself as well. I definly don't
