Introduction

Courtney Leatherwood took a big chance and a big leap of faith when she said "yes" to Sadie asking her to start working with her years ago — but that decision wasn't an easy one. What started as doodling and designing in her spare time has morphed into her role as LO's Brand & Creative Marketing Manager! Sadie and Courtney look back on those moments that will encourage others to take a big leap, and they encourage you not to be so quick to say "no" if something sounds too "far out."
