Victim Gaslighting a Victim in the Courts
It sounds like his hope was that he could abuse her within the court process. Abuse through the courts is a very common thing you know particularly family courts for example and it's just so clearly dangerous. This is someone who let's say I don't know this case but let's say he had been gaslighting her as part of the abuse he could attempt to do the same in the court. So when we ask why don't people report these things why donāt people go to the police this is why because they're retraumatized through the courts, she says.
