David Frum: Silicon Valley bank did a bunch of things wrong to create this situation. He says they invested in mortgage-backed securities, things that they thought were safe. Because of downturn in economy, the deposits at SGB have been shrinking, he says. That's basically what triggered the run on the bank,. Frum: At the end of the day, is this bank going to be safe? No, this bank is questionable.
